Since our humble beginnings more than seventy years ago, we have grown to become one of the largest insurers of primary and secondary schools in California and across the United States. The unrelenting focus of our staff on every facet of customer service is demonstrated repeatedly by unsurpassed levels of commitment, communication, concern and coverage that we provide our clients and their students.

Student Insurance shares sponsorships and partnerships with several associations related to K-12, community, junior, and technical colleges. We also have the distinction of being the only authorized insurance provider for the Community College League of California (CCLC), the organization that represents all the community colleges in the State. In California alone, we insure most of the community colleges with a student population in excess of two and one-half million. We also are very proud of our professional relationship and corporate sponsorship with ACBO, CCBO, NAFSA, and CASBO.

As healthcare fees began to rise at an alarming rate, the community colleges in California expressed a need to manage and control the costs of student and athletic insurance programs more effectively. In response, Student Insurance developed the Student/Athlete Insurance Network (S.A.I.N.), which has served roughly eighty percent (80%) of the California community colleges successfully for nearly twenty years.
